Can we talk about immunizations?
All children are different and Synergy Health 360 respects any caution you might have towards immunization. We also understand that you have questions, and as your family doctor we can be your trusted resource for information and what’s best for your child.
How often should I schedule wellness exams for my child?
Healthy children without chronic conditions can typically come in once or twice a year for wellness exams or illness diagnosis. Consult with your family doctor about an appropriate appointment schedule if your child has ongoing or other health related issues.
I have concerns about COVID-19. What appointments can be performed virtually?
We understand your concerns about COVID-19, and Synergy Health 360 is taking every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and staff. There are dozens of diagnosis options that can be performed virtually, and we invite you to call us directly if you would like to know if telemedicine can be a solution for you. Synergy Health 360 also offers rapid COVID-19 testing. Please contact us for an initial screening and we can do our best to get you tested and diagnosed as soon as possible.
